• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

4. User Content and Privacy

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by DevLab Solutions d.o.o. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Video Compressor may offer subscription plans or one-time purchases. Payment terms include:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Payments are processed through the App Store
• Refunds are subject to App Store policies
• Prices are subject to change with notice

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the App to:

• Process illegal or unauthorized content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDEO COMPRESSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
